Overview

I have managed end-to-end product design cycles and in addition to that I have experience in all stages of software design. My approach involves user research, analyzing the data and modeling, defining requirements, defining the overall system behavior, interaction design and information architecture, visual UI design, prototyping, usability testing, and design documentation and development support.

I collaborate closely with stakeholders throughout the design of a product - with business owners to stay aligned with business goals and with engineers to stay within what is technically feasible within the release schedule.

Depending on the nature and the scope of a design project, I use all of this elements or only some of them. A simple small business website can be successfully designed fairly quickly without too much formal process wheras a complex enterprise application will generally need a more systematic approach to be successful.
