Defining System Behavior

Interaction Framework

Based on the understanding of users I design high level system components and interaction flows. This includes defining the objects that the user interacts with and representing them in the UI, the actions the user can take, and making sure that these objects and related actions are presented to the user in the sequence that matches her expectations and mental models. The system behavior should be informed by the models synthesized from the user research.

Information Architecture

The available information is structured, organized and presented in the right context and the right sequence to the user. A common deliverable are sitemaps.
